AFI EUROPE HAS COMPLETED ITS FIRST RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT: AFIHOME TŘEBEŠÍN

The property developer AFI Europe has completed the fifth and final stage of the Tulipa Třebešín residential project. It is (unlike the first four completed phases) intended exclusively for rental housing. AFI Europe is concluding a large-scale development on a five-hectare urban brownfield site in the Prague 3 - Strašnice district. The eight-storey building AFIHOME Třebešín with a separate garage building will offer a total of 61 apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk, which can be rented as fully or partially furnished. The general contractor was Imos Brno. The latter was responsible for the overall construction, while the interiors were supplied by XXXLutz. Those interested will be able to move in from this autumn, but they can already come and see the recently completed apartment. AFI Europe's total investment in the fifth phase exceeded CZK 250 million.
