The latest data from AFI Home’s rental portfolio for the first half of this year confirm that this combination works best in today’s market: 70% of nearly 900 tenants in AFI Home’s Prague residences have renewed their lease for another year, while only 30% of apartments return to the market for new residents.
Long-term tenant stability is one of the key indicators of the quality of AFI Home’s housing offer. “The fact that seven out of ten clients stay with us proves that our rental housing concept is the right approach. However, what matters most to us is that AFI Home remains their first choice when they return to Prague,” adds Pisotchi.
