AFI EUROPE REPORTS 50% OCCUPANCY OF AFIHOME TŘEBEŠÍN - ITS FIRST RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT

The property developer AFI Europe has already leased half of the apartments in its first completed rental housing project AFIHOME Třebešín in the Prague 3 - Strašnice district. It is part of the large-scale residential project Tulipa Třebešín located on a five-hectare urban brownfield site. The eight-storey building AFIHOME Třebešín with a separate garage includes a total of 61 apartments in varying sizes from 1+kk to 3+kk. Although the final occupancy permit was issued only (in July), there are only 29 units left for rent. The interiors of the apartments, which can be rented as fully or partially furnished, were supplied by XXXLutz.
