The development company AFI Europe is launching two new rental projects that will be ready to move this May. The first is AFI Home Karlín located on the corner of Thámova and Pernerova. It is the result of a renovation of two original buildings from the early 20th century, sensitively complemented with an extension reaching ten floors above ground. In total, it features 172 completely furnished apartments, from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The second residence is an apartment building in the newly developing multifunctional AFI City neighbourhood near the Kolbenova metro station in Vysočany. The first phase of AFI Home Kolbenova offers 313 units, from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Thus far, 470 privately owned apartments and the AFI City 1 office building have been completed, so the place has already developed a life of its own. In the near future, a kindergarten and a restaurant with outdoor seating will be added.
