AFI VOKOVICE is an office complex from the architectural studio DAM architekti. It consists of two buildings with six and eight floors with a total leasable area of almost 17,024 sqm, offering retail units and storage space in addition to office space.

Parking is solved by underground garages with a total of 285 parking spaces.

AFI VOKOVICE offers highly variable solutions for demanding tenants looking for modern office space with the latest technology, original architecture and above all in an attractive location within easy reach of the city centre and the city’s international airport. The individual floors can be rented as a whole, i.e. 1840 sqm for Building A and 490 sqm for Building B, or divided into smaller units of 200 sqm or more.

The buildings are designed to be energy efficient and have been certified as LEED Platinum.

The AFI VOKOVICE project was completed in August 2018.

The AFI VOKOVICE building is located in an attractive location in the Prague 6 district, right on Evropská Street, on the border of the Vokovice and Veleslavín areas. Its position puts it within easy reach of the city centre and at the same time it is perfectly accessible from the Václav Havel International Airport. Directly in front of the building is the entrance to the metro station Nádraží Veleslavín, in addition to a tram stop and stops for city bus lines and intercity bus transport. The train station is within a 2-minute walk away. The project is also easily accessible from the Prague ring road with good connections to the D5 and R7 motorways in the direction of Pilsen, Chomutov and Germany.
