Classic 7 Business Park is one of the most interesting office complexes in Prague. Both professionals and the general public appreciate the harmonious combination of history with the present day and respect for the site and the existing buildings. The dominant feature of the complex is a former steam mill from 1911, which has been sensitively renovated to create modern office space with a unique atmosphere. The developer AFI Europe Czech Republic and architects from CMC architects have managed to combine industrial architecture from the early 20th century with elements of modern architecture and the latest technologies to create an exceptional and timeless space.
The construction of the complex was divided into three phases. The first phase was completed in 2008 and offers 17,233 sqm of leasable space and 119 parking spaces in two renovated listed buildings connected by a modern extension. The second phase, Building L, expanded the site at the end of 2012 by an additional 9,870 sqm of leasable space and 226 parking spaces.
The third and final phase of the project, Building M, was completed in the spring of 2016. This building offers 6,507 sqm of leasable space and more than 90 parking spaces in the underground garage. The construction also included the landscaping of the outdoor areas in accordance with the park style landscaping of the first and second phases. This created an enclosed area with an internal atrium and relaxation areas for use of the tenants of the complex and also for the general public.
